The people this practice tends to serve best, in my own framing, in 39 seconds. The written version of the same answer runs through the site: adults with depression that has outlasted several medications, anxiety that lives in the body as much as the mind, trauma and complex PTSD, OCD, and people who had a psychedelic experience somewhere else and want a clinician who takes it seriously.

What those people have in common is less a diagnosis than a history of being rushed. Intakes here run about 90 minutes and follow-ups closer to 50, by design.
