The Lakewood, CO Office
MindMorph's office is at 215 Union Blvd, Suite 125, Lakewood, CO 80228 (opening 12/1/26), on the west side of the Denver metro. Telehealth across Colorado and Oregon; the Lakewood office at 215 Union Blvd opens 12/1/26. Ask when booking about in-office visits before then. This page covers what happens in the building, who it serves, and how to reach me.
Opening December 1, 2026
The Union Boulevard office opens December 1, 2026. From that date, evaluations, therapy, medication management, and the Spravato and ketamine sessions that must be monitored in a room are all booked there. Telehealth across Colorado and Oregon continues as it does today, and if you want an in-office visit before the opening, ask when you book; the answer depends on the treatment and the date.
What happens in person here
- Spravato (esketamine). In-office only, under the FDA's REMS program. You take the nasal spray here and stay for at least two hours of monitoring afterward; it is never dispensed for home use or given by telehealth.
- Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy dosing sessions. About two hours in a quiet, low-lit room with a couch, a blanket, an eye mask, and music chosen for the work, with a clinician present the whole time and vitals checked before and after.
- Evaluations, therapy, and follow-ups, when you prefer a room. Every visit that works by video also works here. Many patients mix both, and you can switch from one appointment to the next.
What works by telehealth
Screening, preparation, integration, routine medication visits, and therapy do not need the building. Patients across Colorado keep those on video and come to Lakewood only for the sessions that require it. Oregon patients are telehealth-only unless they choose to travel for an in-person treatment; the Oregon page explains how that works.
Who the office serves
Lakewood sits between Denver and the foothills, which puts the office within reach of most of the metro: Denver itself, Golden, Morrison, Arvada, Littleton, Englewood, Aurora, Centennial, and Boulder, along with the Highlands, LoDo, and Cherry Creek neighborhoods. For anyone farther out, from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs to the Western Slope, the Colorado telehealth page covers the video option, and a Lakewood visit can be reserved for the in-person treatments alone.
Planning a session day
Spravato and ketamine sessions share one rule: you do not drive afterward. Arrange a ride both ways, wear clothes you could nap in, clear the rest of the day, and follow the written instructions you receive about eating and medications, which are specific to you. Two articles walk through the details: how to prepare and what a session is like.

What the first visit is like
Whether it happens here or on video, the first conversation is a free consultation: what has been going on, what has already been tried, and whether this practice is the right fit. If it is, the 90-minute evaluation follows. Spravato and ketamine are never a first appointment; both come after screening, a medical review, and a plan you and I build together. Individual outcomes vary, and results cannot be guaranteed.
If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911. This practice does not provide emergency services.

Only for Spravato and ketamine dosing sessions, which must be monitored in the office. Everything else, from the first evaluation to routine follow-ups, therapy, preparation, and integration, works by video. Many Colorado patients do most of their care from home and come to Lakewood only for the treatments that need a room.

No. Spravato is given only in the office under the FDA's REMS monitoring program, with at least two hours of observation after each dose, and it is never sent home or given by video. Preparation and follow-up conversations can happen by telehealth; from 12/1/26 the dosing itself happens at Lakewood; it is never sent home or given by video.
A ride home, since driving is not allowed after either treatment; comfortable clothes you could nap in; and the written instructions you received about food and medications, which are specific to you. Plan for about two hours, and keep the rest of the day free. Headphones are optional if you bring your own.
