Services
MindMorph offers six services, delivered by one board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, in person in Lakewood, CO and by secure video for adults in Colorado and Oregon, in English and Russian. They are designed to work together: a plan can be therapy alone, medication alone, or a combination that includes Spravato or ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and nothing has to be coordinated across separate offices.
Ketamine therapy (off-label)
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy: a low, prescribed dose of sublingual ketamine taken in a private room at the Lakewood office, inside a course of preparation and integration therapy. Ketamine is FDA-approved as an anesthetic and not for any psychiatric disorder, so this is off-label use, considered for adults whose depression, anxiety, or trauma-related symptoms have not responded to standard care. Needle-free, supervised throughout, and self-pay with a superbill.
Spravato (esketamine) treatment
An FDA-approved esketamine nasal spray for treatment-resistant depression and for depressive symptoms in adults with major depressive disorder with acute suicidal ideation or behavior. Taken only in the office under direct observation with about two hours of monitoring, never at home. Spravato is the ketamine-related treatment that insurance most often covers, and MindMorph handles the prior authorization.
Therapy and counseling
Trauma-informed, mindfulness-based individual therapy for adults, with or without medication: CBT, somatic and trauma-focused work, Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, ACT, MBCT, ERP for OCD, and breathwork, matched to you. Sessions run about 50 minutes, in English or Russian, in person or by video. Many plans include therapy because the conversation is where most of the work happens.
IFS therapy
Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy works with the protective and wounded parts of you from a steadier center IFS calls Self, so patterns that formed years ago can loosen without a fight. It suits trauma, complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, and a relentless inner critic. Sessions run about 50 minutes, in English or Russian, in person or by video, from an IFS Level 1 Certified clinician. It is billed as individual psychotherapy.
Psychedelic integration therapy
Talk therapy before and after legal psychedelic or other expanded-state experiences: a preparation consultation with a medication review, then integration sessions so insight becomes something you can live. MindMorph does not provide, administer, or facilitate psilocybin or any other prohibited psychedelic; integration therapy involves no substance.
Holistic medication management
When medication is part of the plan, it is chosen with intention: a 90-minute evaluation, pharmacogenomic and lab testing when they would change the choice, a plan you understand, and follow-ups every two to four weeks while it is being tuned. Licensed to prescribe in Colorado and Oregon, mostly by telehealth. Tapering is always on the table when progress supports it.
