Locations

MindMorph sees adults in three settings: in person at the Lakewood, Colorado office, by secure video anywhere in Colorado, and by secure video anywhere in Oregon. Telehealth across Colorado and Oregon; the Lakewood office at 215 Union Blvd opens 12/1/26. Ask when booking about in-office visits before then.

The Lakewood office

215 Union Blvd, Suite 125, Lakewood, CO 80228 (opening 12/1/26). This is the only place MindMorph gives the two treatments that must be monitored in a room: Spravato, under the FDA's REMS program with at least two hours of observation, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy dosing sessions. Evaluations, therapy, and follow-ups can happen here too. Hours, the metro areas served, and session-day planning are on the Lakewood office page.

Colorado by telehealth

For adults physically in Colorado at the time of the visit: psychiatric evaluation, medication management, therapy, integrative care, and the preparation and integration sessions around ketamine treatment. Many Colorado patients mix video for routine visits with Lakewood for the sessions that need a room. Details on the Colorado telehealth page.

Oregon by telehealth

Under my Oregon APRN-NP license with prescriptive authority, Oregon patients receive complete care remotely: evaluation, prescribing, therapy, and psychedelic integration therapy. Spravato and ketamine are not available by telehealth; an Oregon patient who wants either would travel to Lakewood. Details on the Oregon telehealth page.

Care in every setting is in English or Russian and starts with a free consultation. Book a consultation or call (720) 504-2181.

Questions

Only for the two treatments that must be monitored in person: Spravato, which is taken in the office under the FDA's REMS program with at least two hours of observation, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy dosing sessions. Evaluation, medication management, therapy, and the preparation and integration sessions around those treatments all work by secure video.

Not by telehealth. Both treatments are given in person at the Lakewood, Colorado office, so an Oregon patient would travel for them. Everything else, including evaluation, prescribing, therapy, and psychedelic integration therapy, is delivered remotely under my Oregon license, and no one is required to travel for care.

Yes. Licensure follows where the patient is sitting, not where they live, so you need to be physically in Colorado or Oregon at the time of the appointment. A Colorado resident traveling in another state would wait until they are back. A private space with a camera, microphone, and reliable connection is all the visit needs.

The office at 215 Union Blvd, Suite 125 opens December 1, 2026. Telehealth across Colorado and Oregon runs as it does today, and anyone who wants an in-office visit before the opening should ask when booking; the answer depends on the treatment and the date. The Lakewood office page carries hours and directions.
