Sign Up for the Circle

Registration for the Integration Circle takes about a minute. Fill in the form below, confirm the three agreements, and press Register. You will land on a confirmation page, and the joining details for the next circle arrive by email before the session.

What the form asks

• First name (required) and last name
• Year of birth (required), because the circle is for adults 18 and over
• Email (required), where the joining link and date reminders are sent
• Phone (optional)
• Three agreements, each required: that you are 18 years of age or older; that you understand this is a non-clinical, non-therapeutic community offering; and that you agree to the Participation Agreements and No Recording Policy

What happens after you sign up

Your registration is added to the circle's list. When the next session is scheduled, you receive the date, time, and video link by email, usually with a reminder closer to the day. There is no cost; donations are optional and never requested at sign-up. Registering does not make you a MindMorph patient and does not create a provider-patient relationship. If you decide the circle is not for you, simply do not attend, or reply to any email and ask to be removed.
