What does MindMorph treat?

MindMorph treats adults with treatment-resistant depression, major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, PTSD and complex trauma, and OCD. Care combines ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, Spravato (esketamine), talk therapy, psychedelic integration therapy, and holistic medication management into one plan, in person in Lakewood, Colorado, or by secure telehealth across Colorado and Oregon.

Who provides care at MindMorph?

I do: Maria "Masha" Steiner-Renoir, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C, the founder. I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and family nurse practitioner, licensed in Colorado and Oregon, with more than fifteen years in healthcare and training in ketamine- and psychedelic-assisted therapy through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute. I practice in English and Russian.

Is the first consultation free?

The initial consultation is complimentary and commits you to nothing. It is a conversation to see whether the fit is right before any evaluation is booked. If you go ahead, the initial psychiatric evaluation runs 90 minutes, and insurance benefits are reviewed before that first appointment so the cost is clear in advance.

Do you offer telehealth?

Psychiatry, therapy, and medication management are available by secure video to patients anywhere in Colorado or Oregon, as long as you are physically in one of those states at the time of the visit. Spravato is the exception: it is given in the office only, under the REMS program, with monitoring throughout the visit.

Does MindMorph take insurance?

MindMorph accepts most major insurance plans for psychiatric care and therapy in Colorado and Oregon, and Spravato is often covered because it is FDA-approved. Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is off-label and self-pay, with superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement. HSA and FSA cards are accepted. Coverage varies by plan and cannot be guaranteed.
